WELCOME TO THE GREENHOUSE

Our brand new studio is situated in the heart of Durbanville, in the popular Durbanville Wine lands and just off spectacular mountain bike routes.
We are on the buzzing corner of Oxford and Church street, in the ‘SOET EMPORIUM’
(Across the Checkers centre and Vida E).

HOW TO START:
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, shape, fitness, flexibility, religious or cultural beliefs. We host different classes to suit your needs.

BEFORE CLASS:

BOOK
Booking is essential; secure your spot to avoid disappointment.
Bookings are valid up to 10 min before class. Make sure you are here to “check in”.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Your body will flush toxins and you will be sweating, please stay hydrated before and during class.

EMPTY TUMMY

Try not to eat for an hour before class. We will be upside down.

REMEMBER YOUR MAT

If you own a yoga mat, please bring it along.
Otherwise you can rent one of our yoga mats for R20 a session or order one at the front desk.

BRING A TOWEL

Our classes are very hot, so expect to sweat, allot.
Don’t forget two towels, one for the mat and for your sweat.
Bring along a large bottle of water or purchase water at the front desk.
You can also ask about our “none sticky towels” to order.

STORAGE

Leave your valuables at home. Or store in our office at your own risk.


AT THE STUDIO:

PAYMENT
Bring your cash, POP, snapscan, bank card or preloaded class card.

ARRIVE EARLY

On your first visit, try to come at least 30 minutes before class to sign up.

ARRIVE ON TIME
Late arrivals will loose their spot 10min before class and we will start strictly as per schedule so don’t be late!

PARKING


The closest place to find parking is usually at the checkers center or at the post office.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Inform your instructor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your practice.
