We welcome Bikram Yoga to the studio.
This is a 26 posture series practiced in a heated room.
This is great for beginners as you get to learn the foundational yoga poses but it is also suitable for the advanced practitioner as it assists with the development of mental strength, discipline and endurance.
It focuses on healing the body, cultivating strength, flexibility and balance, detoxing and de-stressing the body.
Bikram serves as an excellent complement to Ashtanga and Power yoga.
