Love and respect

This is a judgement free zone. Kindly leave your ego at the door. 

Silence

This is a place to escape the everyday. Please be silent in the studio. Phones should be left on silent in the office. 

Water 

Please bring water. You will need to drink plenty of water before and after class to stay hydrated.

Yoga clothes 

Please wear clothes that are comfortable to move, sweat and stretch in. No shoes in the studio please.

Mats & towels

Bring a yoga mat and a large towel/ yoga towel.

We have mats to rent or purchase.

Yoga space

We provide a boutique yoga studio offering personal intimate classes with both heated and slightly heated yoga classes.

Personal belongings

Please keep all personal belongings in the office rather than in the yoga studio. 

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home. 

Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes earlier to class. We start strictly on time. 

We are open 15 minutes before and after your class .

Toilets

Toilets are at the back of Arabesque or through Soet.

Transportation and Parking

Parking is available to the left of the building through the black gate or opposite the road at Checkers.

STYLES:

Power Yoga (HEATED)

Think breath work, great music, heat, candles. This is our most popular class.

We move quickly to the beat of the music. This is an intense workout that will make you sweat, increase stamina and improve flexibility.

This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures that will get your heart rate up.

We also include resting and restorative posture to ensure maximum relaxation.

We include a core workout for maximum weightloss.

A full body cardio workout where you will detox, get fit and tone. Leave with more energy and vitality.

Yoga Burn (HEATED)

Similar to Power Yoga with more of a cardio aspect.
You will feel the burn.

Vinyasa (SLIGHTLY HEATED)

A flowing sequence of postures in a  that brings together breath and movement. Get the mixture of strength and cardio without losing the essence of yoga. The steady cycle of inhales and exhales provides you with a calming, mental focal point. Vinyasa works your entire body in union.

Bikram (HEATED)

Bikram’s twenty-six posture exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to every part of your body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. You will gain muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being. A heated Bikram class is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons.

A great way to detox, relieve stress and heal. It also improves strength and circulation.

Stretch and Strengthen (SLIGHTLY HEATED)

We work on flexibility through strength. Steady paced stretching with breath and building of holding asana in correct alignment. Gentle flow to relaxed music.
Perfect for beginners or those wanting to slow down.

Ashtanga (HEATED)

Build a stronger yoga practice with a traditional Ashtanga set sequence. Variations on asana options for all levels.
Flow is strong and fluid with the breath and upbeat music.
Day classes ENTRANCE before 5pm is through ARABESQUE
Evening classes after 5pm ENTRANCE is through PIZAZZ.
