CLASS TYPES:

Easy Vinyasa: 60 min

Flow yoga where we move from pose to pose in a “dance like manner” synchronizing breath to movement with a focus on core strength, breath awareness and alignment.

All levels

Hot fitness /fat blast Yoga: 45min

Prepare to sweat and detox. Classes are “vinyasa” based, taught in a heated room to increase flexibility and stamina with added fitness techniques.

Suited for both beginner and experienced yogis.

Gentle restorative flow/stretch yoga: 60 min

Long, slow, deep.

None heated yoga to reset the nervous system, stretch the body and calm the mind.

Beginners: 60 min

First timer’s basic introduction to breathing techniques and standard postures.

Questions and feedback allowed. This will build the foundation for your practice.
